Our Commitment to Satisfaction

We stand behind every pair of shoes sold on Lakekey. If your purchase doesn't meet expectations, you may return unworn, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note return shipping costs are customer-responsible except in cases of incorrect/damaged items.

3-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request

    Email sservice@lakekey.com with:
    - Order number
    - Product SKU
    - Photos of item condition
    - Reason for return
    Our team will respond with prepaid label within 4 business hours if eligible for free return shipping.

  2. Package Securely

    Include all original tags, dust bags, and shoe boxes. Use protective wrapping to prevent scuffs. Attach printed return label over original shipping labels. International customers must complete customs form CN22.

  3. Ship & Track

    Drop off at any UPS/FedEx location. Retain tracking number until refund processes. Important: Insure packages valued over $200. Transit damage claims require courier documentation.

Special Circumstances

Size Exchanges
Request replacement before shipping returns. We'll hold new size for 72 hours upon receiving your return tracking.
Gift Returns
Provide gift-giver's email for store credit issuance. Original payment method refunds require purchaser authorization.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
Report within 7 calendar days to qualify for free return shipping + 10% compensation credit.
